Customer Review: Looks great, functions poorly

There were so many tea kettles to choose from but this Copco appealed to me because it was kind of funky looking. I was pleased with its appearance when it arrived but quite disappointed when I put it to use. It has a nice whistle but when you pour, water seeps out from under the lid in addition to the spout. This is messy and a little dangerous. I am packing it up and shipping it back today. I think Amazon would do their customers a good service if they pulled it from their inventory.
