Customer Review: problem with whistle

Some months ago, the whistle (small black cover for spout) broke in spite of careful use. I called a customer service number which at this time I am no longer able to reach. (1 888 203 8462) and was sent without charge a new item. This too has proven inferior and I now do not know how to reach the customer service department at COPCO. CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A NUMBER? THE NAME OF THE SPECIFIC KETTLE IS RADIUS, POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL.
