I just started a baking program at our community college and got these for my kit. It's really nice to have the double-ended, separate spoons. Easy to measure and handy to use the biggest (2 T) spoon as a scoop. I have the yellow (penne) ones which are very pretty and also unmistakeably mine among various classmates' tools. Why not have cute stuff?
